SWIRL Metasearch 2.1.1 is now available. The full release is on GitHub: v2.1.1 release notes.
This is a small but important patch release. If you're running an earlier 2.1.x build with the OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, or PostgreSQL connectors, please upgrade.
If SWIRL has been useful to you, please star our repo. It really does help.
Resolved issues
- The OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, and PostgreSQL connectors were updated to address a
positional argumenterror that surfaced under certain query conditions. Upgrading to 2.1.1 corrects the issue.
Known issues
-
Creating searches from a browser with
q=can occasionally create two Search objects. This is caused by browser prefetch (predictive service). To work around it, disable prefetch in your browser:
Please report any further issues on GitHub.
Upgrading
Version 2.1.1 does not require a database migration. Pull the latest from the SWIRL repository and restart your instance.
